A powerful presence in the behavioral health industry, Progressive Option’s personalized commitment to service and ability to facilitate immediate therapist placement have resulted in partnerships with many in the behavioral health sector. POSS continues to strive to provide the best services with the highest regard to quality, safety, and satisfaction.\n\nProgressive Option provides psychotherapy services to adults, children, and families. POSS primarily uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy and closely related subtypes to address unhelpful patterns of thinking. Cognitive behavioral therapy can allow clients to learn effective skills to improve their functioning and decrease stress. CBT has demonstrated positive outcomes in decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression in adults & children.\n\nOur Behavioral Health services also extend to children with ASD. POSS provides high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with a diagnosis of Autism, from infant to 21. Services are provided in the child’s home or at school either in person or virtually. Assessment, reassessment, supervision, and parent training are done by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
