PPP was created in 1993 by Belgische Distributiedienst (BDmyShopi) . The company went through a Management Buy-Out in 2015 when it was taken-over by the former COO of BDmyShopi. PPP offers home distribution services for subscribers of daily newspapers and periodicals. Next to those products, the company also distributes a certain number of magazines and catalogues (through Displays or other). In Belgium, the company operates out of 6 distribution Warehouses strategically located nearby Belgian?s largest cities (Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent and Liège). It handles 35 different Belgian titles and 165 different foreign titles and distributes in average 85.000 to 115.000 pieces per day. In Finland, the company took over the HSS Distribution network and covers today the Ostrobotnia costal region and handles all Swedish and Finnish speaking regional titles. The 7 distribution Warehouses are located nearby the cities of Vaasa, Jakobstad and Kristinestad. Recently, the company expanded in France by acquiring Neopress Direct, a company covering the distribution in the 3rd largest city of France and its suburbs.
