PNY Technologies, Inc. is a manufacturer of standard and custom memory modules and a provider of related engineering and supply-chain management services to OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), retailers and other memory module resellers. PNY's supply-chain management services include coordination and planning, inventory management and materials procurement. The Company's memory modules use all major memory technologies based on random access memory. These technologies include dynamic random access memory, static random access memory, and flash technology. OEM channel customers use memory modules in a wide range of applications, from high-end computing and Internet and telecommunications infrastructure equipment, to various consumer and commercial applications. PNY's reseller channel customers sell the Company's products to consumers and businesses, who use them to improve the speed and performance of their computers, work stations, printers and other electronic devices.
