With satellite offices in Greenville, South Carolina and Denver, Colorado, we specialize in affordable housing options while providing our residents with quality amenities and resources. Our portfolio consists of family and senior living within section 8, low-income housing tax credit, and conventional communities. The reason for our success is threefold; we generate optimum value for property owners, provide quality service to our residents, and enrich the communities where we manage properties. Managing 100+ properties nationwide, our residents are our priority. \n\nOur Social Services department is a vital part of our company as it promotes positive, successful resident and community development. They currently provide over 37 nationally recognized social service programs to over 7,000+ individuals residing on our properties. Our vision is to develop local and national partnerships in order to improve the quality of life for our residents. The social service team works to reduce negative risk factors and remove barriers that may create instability to help them maintain independence and enhance their livelihood. Our team promotes economic, social, and physical well-being for residents through case management, crisis management, advocacy, and other innovative strategies. \n\nCommunity partnerships play an important role in the success of our residents. Currently there are programs for the following — blood pressure clinics, computer literacy training, emergency preparedness, fall prevention programs, nutrition programs, job readiness programs, STEM Summer camps, and much more.\n\nOur employees are our company’s greatest asset. They bridge the gap between management and our residents in order to provide quality customer service.
