What Is PA Health Management?
PA Health Management is an IT and healthcare management company focused on establishing positive health outcomes for individuals in the community, developing tools and software for data-driven decisions, and promoting a higher quality of life for people with physical and developmental disabilities, addiction, and the aging population. PA Health Management is qualified through the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL), the Bureau of Autism Services (BAS), and the Department of Human Services (DHS) to deliver quality services in all 67 counties of Pennsylvania, serving individuals age 21+ in Service Coordination for autism, and age 18+ with physical disabilities, brain injuries, cognitive impairments, mental health concerns, and issues in aging. PA Health Management is also licensed through the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) to provide outpatient drug and alcohol evaluations, counseling, referrals, and treatment for individuals living with substance use disorder. We provide Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) led by our Medical Director and MAT Coordinators.
