Overland Group (OG) is a privately held, vertically-integrated real estate fund manager, investor, and operator that builds, owns, and finances properties across the United States. OG provides full-scale land development, design/build, property management, financing, investment, and construction management services based in the Salt Lake City Area. OG was founded by builder and developer Kenneth T. (Ken) Holman on the prevailing principles of price strategy, product quality, and timely delivery. Since our founding over 30 years ago, we have developed over 20 million square feet of commercial space and actively manage over 10.6 million square feet of office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel, and healthcare space.
