Orbital Tool Technologies maintains one of today's most advanced in-house machining facilities. We continue to support our customers through a vast array of in-house contract and sub-contract machining. From an extensive list of manual machine tools to some of the most advanced CNC machining capabilities. As with our Field Machining services, all of our in-house machining operations are performed by a highly skilled and dedicated work force. All of our technical personnel are committed to providing our customers' with solutions to any problem. We are continually focused on customer deadlines while never deviating from the quality our customers deserve and for which we are continually recognized. Our vast compliment of shop machine tools afford us the ability to address virtually all potential shop machining operations (i.e., turning, boring, milling, drilling, OD & ID grinding, threading, tapping, lapping, saw cutting, hole sawing, etc.). We are continually recognized for our efficient critical and close tolerance work. It is in this same facility where we design and manufacture all of our portable machine tools. Once a new portable machine tool has completed the construction phase, it is mocked up in our assembly area and vigorously tested for its ability to complete field operations efficiently and accurately. Our 30,000 Sq. Ft. facility is located in Belvidere, Illinois.
