Optec is a new breed of commercial services company created to help building owners address waste and accountability across systems, allowing them to operate more efficiently, lower costs, and be better stewards of our natural resources. The company’s services and technology draw upon expertise across heavy and light equipment, controls, mechanical and electrical engineering, design, and software to empower owners ranging from complex production facilities to large and small commercial buildings. Most facilities experience drift and operate using separate, interdependent systems made by, sold by and maintained by different specialists each concerned with their own SOW. This has historically left owners at a disadvantage, unable to establish visibility and accountability across systems and vendors. We’re different because we are vendor and system agnostic and answer to the customer across all systems. Our focus is simple: Empower property owners using the most impartial, objective criteria and irrefutable data.
