We teach dance and mindful movement for personal healing, professional growth, and community building. In a challenging world, Open Floor supports resilience, compassion, and joyous connection with others. Aims: TRAIN teachers in Open Floor movement practice through the Movement Teacher Track and continuing education. EDUCATE psychotherapists in Open Floor movement practice through the Therapy in Motion Track. TEACH Open Floor Movement Practice concepts to the broader public. AWARD grants to bring Open Floor practices to communities who need and request it. PROVIDE scholarships to increase the diversity of OFI students and teachers.
