OneWeb is a global communications company on a mission to bridge the digital divide. Through a global constellation of satellites, OneWeb will provide high-speed, affordable broadband to the world. Half the world's population still lacks access to the Internet. Access is critical for growing economies, starting new businesses, expanding access to health care, and providing educational opportunities. This issue impacts all of us, and together we can solve it. OneWeb is launching a global constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit, which will allow us to provide high-speed, low latency service to the world. Small, low-cost and easy-to-install user terminals will talk to the satellites in our constellation and emit LTE, 3G and WiFi and 5G to the surrounding areas. In 2018, we will begin launching our first satellites. We have a lot to do between now and then. We have a team of world-class partners to help make it possible and we will need even more help to reach our goal to connect every unconnected school by 2022 and to close the digital divide by 2027.
