Until now, network operators had to rely on GPS receivers for state-of-the-art timing. OPNT now provides a new network-based solution, offering GPS-independent timing with a performance far beyond GPS. Our solutions make use of existing fiber-optical communication infrastructure, which makes them virtually impervious to GPS jamming, while fully integrating reliable and extremely accurate time transfer in optical networks Why OPNT?
