Founded in Maryland, U.S.A., in 2009, and operating since 2013, we are an MBE/DBE certified Small Business serving the transportation industry. We are an up and coming firm providing core services in Systems Engineering and Management consulting. We are a new firm, but our expertise is based on a combination of strategic thinking and significant hands-on project experience – many of our team members have over two decades of experience in their respective careers fields and have made significant contributions in their line of work. We provide services to Government and private industry Clients throughout the United States. We address the challenges faced during the life-cycle of “assets” – Vehicles, Wayside systems, and Shop/Facility equipment – Light Rail, Metro (Subway), Commuter and Passenger Rail, and Bus. We offer solutions that are driven by fact-based engineering and management principles combined with strategic thinking. Our current work includes Vehicle/Systems engineering, Operations & Maintenance support (O&M), Quality Assurance/inspection, System Safety certification support, Capital Program management support services, Training, Project management, Operations data analysis, and Project documentation support services. Our professionals bring a wealth of direct and relevant Rail/Bus Transit and Railroad related project experience and knowledge. Our Staff mix includes seasoned engineers/managers and members who have significant experience on major projects with railcar builders, fleet O&M contractors, transit agency engineering/maintenance departments, vehicle subsystem suppliers, commuter railroads, and other private industry sectors.
