Yannis is the 5th generation of a flour mill family business, that has been milling grains for the last 100 years.Olyra offers the first organic & nutritious breakfast and sandwich breakfast biscuits conveniently packed for on-the-go use! Each pack offers: 5g protein, 4g fiber and only 6g sugars. A delicious healthy snack to start your day! All of our products are made from 4 Ancient Grains (spelt, lupine, oat, barley), that were the basis of ancient Greek’s diet with a few organic and simple ingredients! Since the 19th century, Yiannis' family has been milling grains.Now, five generations later and working closely with a community of farmers, Olyra grows the same grains as our ancestors, which are traditionally stone-ground. Modern people can learn a lot from the wisdom and life approach of the Ancient Greeks. We believe in moderation in everything, and want to promote a well-balanced lifestyle that nourishes not only your body, but also your mind and soul.
