What Is OAA?
OAA's mission is to establish a network of independent insurance agencies in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, and California owned in partnership with entrepreneurially spirited individuals. We offer local independent agents the ability to remain independent, gain new markets, generate additional income and receive profit sharing without having to sell, merge or cluster. Additionally, OAA provides direct "mentorship" for smaller agencies in all areas of agency development. As a member of Strategic Independent Agents Alliance (SIAA), we can offer our members nationwide service and a broad range of risk management services not available through the typical independent agency channel. Currently, there are over 4,500 agencies across the country and write over $6 billion in insurance premium. On average, one new independent agency joins the SIAA alliance each business day! 1 out of every 10 independent agencies is a member. SIAA utilizes its collective strength through traditional and alternative market channels to provide insurance consumers with competitive choices in addition to providing significant profit and equity appreciation opportunities for member agencies OAA's Goals for Its Members: •Receive increased commission levels! •Receive profit sharing with no minimum premium! •Be able to compete with any agency of any size! •Increase agency income and value! •Maintain the ability to operate independently!
