Nuovo Film Inc. was founded in January 2012 in Silicon Valley, California with main operations in Suzhou China. The Company's leadership team has strong technical and business track records, having held senior positions in Fortunate 500 companies such as GE and McKinsey, as well as startup experiences in the solar and energy storage industries. Nuovo Film develops, manufactures and markets innovative nano-materials, including its proprietary Silver Nanowire product, on which the company has more than 70 patents. Nuovo Film currently focuses on making silver nanowire (SNW) transparent conductive film (TCF) and SNW based touch panels. The Crystode® TCF has the advantages of low resistivity, high transparency, superior foldability and ease of manufacturability. The film product has been designed into smart phones, tablets, PCs, wearable devices, and enabled innovative devices in smart home, office, classroom, factory and automotive applications. The Company's customer base spans from China to East and Southeast Asia, Europe and North America. Nuovo Film has world-class mass production lines in its Suzhou facility, for nano-material synthesis, ink formulation and roll-to-roll coating. The monthly TCF capacity is at 300,000 square meters. Through strategic partnership with touch panel manufacturers, Nuovo Film offers total touch panel solutions with screen size up to 86''. Nuovo Film has established strategic collaboration with Intel Corporation and received equity investment from Intel Capital, Intel's global investment and M&A organization. Working with Intel, Nuovo Film is integrating its printed touch sensors based on proprietary Crystode® film into Intel-architecture (IA) mobile and computing devices to bring value to both end users and OEM customers.
