Founded in 2005, Novii Design architects, builds and supports enterprise software applications and systems for government and commercial customers. We specialize in supporting Information Technology (IT) needs in the US Intelligence Community by offering cleared software, systems and data engineers. Novii Design has achieved a great deal of success in attracting key national defense mission and information technology customers by offering only highly-skilled expertise.    Our hiring process is extremely selective to ensure to ensure only the most qualified candidates are hired.  Novii emphasizes the “best of the best” culture because we understand the direct impact our engineers have on Noviiʼs reputation.
