We are governed by a Board of voluntary Directors which focuses on skill development across a range of Vocational Education and Training (VET) areas. We have 9 branches across the region Newcastle and Hunter region; Central Coast; Ballina; Port Macquarie; Coffs Harbour; South East QLD; Mackay and Nambucca Heads. Group Training (GTO) is Novaskill employ and commit to train a number of trainees & apprentices and hire them out to 'host employers'within the relevant industry & role for the duration of their training contract. Registered Training Organisation (RTO), is Novaskill is accredited to deliver nationally recognized training across a broad range of occupations and industries and can structure enterprise specific training to accommodate the unique needs of an individual enterprise or the broader requirements of a region or industry.
