In addition to our vast standard part offerings, we develop custom designs for all industries. We pride ourselves on first-rate customer support, design services and development assistance. Our headquarters is located in Elgin, Illinois USA. To support our broad customer base, we stock most of our products at our large USA warehouse which enables quick turn-around for in-stock ordering and eliminates lead time concerns. In addition, we offer large volume factory direct purchasing from our Hong Kong warehouse facilities. USA manufacturing and assembly is performed on select products at our Elgin, Illinois headquarters. The remainder of our display products are manufactured at our partner production centers in Mainland China and Taiwan. All of our production centers are state-of-the-art with extensive experience in display development. We work closely with our production centers to ensure that our products meet all requirements of proper design and quality standards. Newhaven Display's design, development and sales of display products have been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 standard. Our production centers are TS-16949, ISO-9001 and ISO-14001 certified. Quality control is performed in-house on all display designs. Any product arriving at our USA warehouse will undergo inbound quality inspection before being accepted and will undergo an outbound inspection before being released to our customers.
