NEB has its own team of skilled, experienced laborers and craftsmen who specialize in the fields of architecture, engineering, excavation, foundation, concrete & steel superstructure, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and a wide array of interior and exterior works. NEB provides the “Design-Build” one stop service to its clients instead of the traditional “design-bid-build\ approach. The Design-Build service guarantees the best price and service when compared to other construction companies by reducing unnecessary costs. In addition, it speeds up the process by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project in order to effective use our time. Under the design-bid-build approach, the owner contracts with separate entities for the design, management and construction phases of a project.
