New Dimensions Inc. manages over 250 residential single and multi family units throughout the Reno / Sparks Metro Area. We have a full time, in house repairman who has been with us for ten years and he is billed out at $40.00 per hour. Three administrative staff level employees keep track of rents, paying bills, reconciling accounts and scheduling the multitude of activities that are inherent to the business.
