NCFL provides housing, day programs, behavioral services, and round-the-clock care to nearly 100 individuals. New Concepts for Living offers 13 residential group homes in Northern New Jersey, a day program in Rochelle Park, NJ,and a dedicated staff that provides care for our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.
