The program sets the standard for excellence in the profession, and the program criteria serve as a framework for quality throughout all aspects of a funeral home's business. Make this the year you distinguish your funeral home's dedication to service excellence, innovation and integrity! The deadline to register is less than a month away: If you plan to apply online, your entry must be completed and submitted by midnight, July 15, 2011. If you plan to mail your entry to NFDA, all materials (including registration, if not previously submitted) must be postmarked by July 15, 2011, and arrive at NFDA no later than July 22, 2011. Entries arriving at NFDA after July 22, 2011, will not be accepted and there will be no exceptions. (Note: Entries from firms outside the United States must be postmarked by July 15, 2011, and arrive at NFDA no later than July 29, 2011; no exceptions.)
