Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, America ("NPCA"), a Delaware-incorporated company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nan Ya Plastics Corporation, Taiwan ("NPC-Taiwan"), was founded in 1989 under the strategy of its parent company's vision for global expansion to meet the ever-increasing demand for synthetic fiber, chemical, and plastics related products. It has successfully operated three manufacturing facilities located in three different locations in the United States with the following main products:\r\n1. Flexible PVC films ( Batchelor Plant, Louisiana)\r\n2. Polyester fiber ( Lake City Plant, South Carolina)\r\n3.
