N2 Realty Capital is a specialty real estate finance company focused on originating short term first mortgage bridge, mezzanine and construction loans, and in limited cases investing preferred equity in real estate projects. We specialize in time sensitive transactions, sometimes requiring funding within weeks, and those which require tailored products to fit the diverse and complex needs of our borrowers. Our typical deals range in size from $1 Million to $15 Million and are for a term of 12-24 months. For our senior loans we will finance up to 65% loan to value and our mezzanine loans we will finance to 80% loan to value. We pride ourselves on understanding our borrower's needs and structuring loans that best help our clients to successfully execute their business plans.
