NASCO is a limited liability corporation created in 1987 to provide a national claims processing solution to BlueCross and BlueShield Plans across the United States. Today, the NASCO solution supports state and large local accounts, individual and small group accounts, national accounts, labor accounts, and the Federal Employee Program (FEP). The NASCO Processing System (NPS) operates through a unique single-site processing system which provides consistent claims adjudication through centralized benefits for employees no matter where they live, work or travel.
