NACCO Housewares Group consists of two of the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, Hamilton BeachoProctor-Silex, Inc., a manufacturer, marketer & distributor of small electric motor & heat-driven household appliances, as well as commercial products for restaurants, bars & hotels, & The Kitchen Collection Inc., a national specialty retailer of brand name kitchenware, small electrical appliances & related accessories.
