At MGRMC, we not only want to provide a pleasant and positive experience for our customers, but also for the people who work here day after day. It is important to us that each employee know that they work for an organization that cares about them and their needs. For this purpose, an Employee Services committee was formed to provide the following for the staff of MGRMC: Hospital Activities-Ice Cream Socials, Holiday Parties, etc. Retirement parties Selection of an Employee of the Month Employee Recognition Program Acknowledgement of a Death in the Family Flowers when a Staff Member is Hospitalized Hospital Week Activities for Staff and Family Holiday Gifts for Employees By providing these kinds of services for employees, we hope employees feel that MGRMC is living up to the Toccare Mission for Employee Services: As the Employee Services Committee, we strive to provide the employees of Mt Graham Regional Medical Center activities, events and services to increase morale and social interaction to incorporate unity within the organization.
