MC provides design build, construction, project management, engineering, land survey, and technical services to both public and private clients, as well as non-profit organizations. We are registered Professional Engineers in Delaware and Maryland and have a network of Professional Land Surveyors licensed throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Our Department of Defense experience includes Construction, Fire Detection & Mass Notification Design and Installation, Bridge Maintenance and Repair, Military Housing Privatization, Resident Construction Management, Contract Program Management, Title II Services, and Project Oversight.
