MontPac was founded in Honolulu, Hawaii by Henry C. Montgomery, Scott Power, Bernice Parsons and Aye Navarro in 2006 and is an affiliate of Montgomery Professional Services Corporation (MPSC) based in San Mateo, California and serving Northern California and the Sacramento region. MPSC was founded in 1989 by Henry C. Montgomery who envisioned inexpensively outsourcing the finance and accounting functions of small to medium sized businesses. Since its inception, MPSC has developed a reputation for high quality service and a reliable work product in accounting and financial management services and human resources and professional level temporary and permanent personnel placement. In September 2006, MPSC was awarded the distinction of being 19th among the Top 50 Private Companies in Silicon Valley by the San Jose Business Journal. MontPac serves small to medium sized business, professional, and non-profit enterprises of all types. We operate in an integrated manner with our clients but maintain a professional independence that properly serves all stakeholders in the client enterprises.
