Our Story Monarch Dental is a member of the Smile Brands network of affiliated dental offices. We are a unique and innovative model in the dental industry. Each Monarch Dental office has a clinical staff of licensed professionals working for an affiliated dental group doing business as Monarch Dental. By teaming with Smile Brands to provide expertise and economies of scale, affiliated dentists are free to focus on what they do best - care for patients.Our Story Monarch Dental is part of the Smile Brands Group Inc., the largest provider of support services to general and multi-specialty dental groups in the United States based on number of dental offices. We are guided by the principle: "Smiles for Everyone". This allows dentists to spend more time caring for their patients - and less time on the administrative, marketing and financial aspects of the dental practice - while benefiting from a lower cost structure. As such, our affiliated dental groups can provide greater flexibility in pricing their dental services competitively within their local market. Our dental offices are located in highly visible retail locations, and feature extended office hours for affordable and comprehensive dental care. Smile Brands Inc. was founded in 1998 through the acquisition of three West Coast support services organizations and grew through the acquisitions of Monarch Dental in February 2003 and Castle Dental in June 2004.
