What Is Mojave Water Agency?

Mojave Water Agency (Agency) is a regional water wholesale provider created by high desert voters in 1960 and governed by a seven member board of directors. The Agency is also one of 29 State Water Contractors with access to California’s State Water Project. The Agency serves 4,900 square miles in San Bernardino County, including Barstow, Lucerne Valley, Victor Valley, Yucca Valley, and surrounding communities. The Agency also serves as the Watermaster for Mojave Basin Area.
