(MMI) of Delano, Minnesota, provides custom-made thermoplastic injection molded parts to the worldwide market with complete solutions for engineers, project managers, and purchasing agents. With unsurpassed technical support, Modern Molding helps manufacturers and engineers find the right solutions for any injection molding or tooling need. Our team has a wealth of experience and includes four degreed Engineers to support our Customers through our commitment to Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Our team has a proven track record for project Speed, Efficiency, and Quality backed by our In-House Tool Room for prototype and production tooling. Our production floor includes both injection and secondary operation areas controlled and monitored by our company wide real-time ERP system. Our methods have allowed Modern Molding to uphold record low PPM and high On-Time Delivery ratings that our Customers know and trust. We attribute this to our dedication to the ISO 9001 standard and our drive to stay ahead of the evolving recertification needs powered by our Quality System. We take pride in our reputation as among the cleanest and most efficient production facilities in the plastics industry per our ISO and Customer Auditors.
