MoTown Group, LLC (MoTown) is an Oracle Worldwide Gold Partner comprised of a team of senior-level consultants with a wealth of experience in PeopleSoft applications, business process flow, and a shared passion for seeing your business succeed. Our consultants have direct PeopleSoft, and Oracle experience in many industries and all of our consultants have a minimum of 10 years of experience helping companies with PeopleSoft. Our team of consultants has a vast array of experience across multiple industries and with companies of varying size. With such a wide variety of expertise, we’re able to approach projects with minimal, to no learning curve. MoTown Group was created by Managing Partners, Justin Moeller and Rob Townsend. Justin and Rob each have almost 20 years of PeopleSoft experience, including experience gained while employees of PeopleSoft, Inc. prior to it’s acquisition by Oracle. MoTown remains actively engaged with Oracle and remains current with upcoming product roadmaps and strategies and incorporates this information and insights into our implementation strategies. We continue to evolve our offerings to remain current with the direction of the Oracle Products. MoTown has two primary business offerings that work in concert with each other to provide a solution set to address our client’s full life cycle ERP needs: 1. ERP Implementations and Upgrades Our project-based services focus on ERP implementations, and work within our proven ERP Implementation project methodology. MoTown has successfully completed multiple 9.2 PeopleSoft Financials and HCM Implementations and/or Upgrades. 2. PeopleSoft As A Service (PaaS) Our PeopleSoft As A Service (PaaS) offering is designed to help on a longer-term basis in managing the day-to-day operation of their PeopleSoft system. PaaS is designed to augment or replace an in-house PeopleSoft support team by providing a matrix-based team structure to support the end-to-end PeopleSoft application needs.
