At MISCO Products, we pride ourselves on responsiveness and value-added service to our customers. Dick Vollenweider has 30 years of industry experience. First as a certified chemist and later moved into sales and sales management. Over the years he has solved countless technical problems for customers and helped them to be more knowledgeable about products, usages, and applications. The construction of our in-house training facility has been a dream of Dick's for a long time, and now he is in charge of training programs for our customers. Our facility encompasses over 1500 square feet and is designed to accommodate up to 27 people. Within the education center there is a working demonstration area for cleaning and maintenance procedures required by facilities such as schools, hotels and office buildings. The demonstration area includes carpet, resilient tile, marble, terrazzo and wood flooring surfaces, ceramic tile, and fiberglass wall. There are fully functional restroom fixtures, including a sink, commode, urinal and shower areas for demonstrations. Certified training programs and custom formatted programs are geared toward usage, technology and maintenance procedures We believe Dick's training programs represent a value-added commitment to helping our distributors be more profitable. Knowledge of products, applications, and safety compliance standards is a competitive advantage we are happy to pass along to our customers, usually at no extra charge.
