Milhouse was founded in 2001 and it's main office is located in Chicago, Illinois supported by an experienced and talented staff of more than 60 professionals. Over 40% of the Milhouse technical staff are licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) and Architects (AIA). Additionally, Milhouse staff has certifications in various areas including: LEED AP, Program Management for Architects/Engineers, IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities, ICORS Documentation, OSHA Hazwoper, and PCC and Bituminous Level I and II. All employees who are required to visit construction sites have a minimum of a 10-hour OSHA card and all employees are trained in First Aid.
