In 2016, we invested more than £1m in an IT upgrade as part of a commitment to continuous improvement. Our innovative, 100% recyclable GRIP handle designed in-house is the only window handle in the UK to be certified by the Carbon Trust. Our in-house product design team typically have 30 products on the drawing board at any time, many of which are bespoke for customers. Our team members sit on a number of industry boards and steering groups, helping to drive positive change in the industry via the GGF, SBD and DHF.
