MSEI's expertise in development and engineering encompasses: ASIC design and test: starting with designs in the areas of ultra low power, high voltage, mixed signal, digital/memory/RF and sensors, through foundry management, to extensive quality checks and reliability tests The development of complete electronic modules, from the layout of the printed circuit board, through the definition of the components and design verification, to the construction of production equipment and test rigs MSEI is headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon, roughly 10 miles south of Portland, along with development facilities in Denver, Colorado and Houston, Texas.
