Metropolitan Contracting was organized in 1986 in San Antonio, Texas and has successfully completed more than 4,000 projects across 26 states. We employ about 70 people, including 10 project managers. Metropolitan's own labor can perform concrete work, steel stud framing, drywall construction, ceiling installation and general carpentry giving our customers more control over schedule, quality and budget. Our peers have recognized our work with over 2-dozen Excellence in Construction and safety awards, including 2 coveted Eagle Awards, the highest award given in Associated Builders and Contractors’ national competition.
