Mestek, Inc. is a family of manufacturing companies that provide heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and metal forming products. The Company conducts business in two segments, HVAC and Metal Forming. The Company's HVAC segment manufactures and sells a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial heating, cooling and air distribution products to independent wholesale supply warehouses, to mechanical, sheet metal and other contractors, and in some cases to other HVAC manufacturers under original equipment manufacture (OEM) contracts.
