In 2014, Meruelo Media added radio to its media portfolio with the acquisition of legendary FM radio station KDAY 93.5 in Los Angeles and then KDEY in San Bernardino-Riverside, California. That same year it completed construction of the new Meruelo Broadcast and Studios Center in mid-Wilshire, Los Angeles.
