Each year the Melbourne Racing Club kicks off Melbourne's Spring Racing Carnival with the Caulfield Cup Carnival that consists of the BECK Caulfield Guineas, Catanach's Jewellers Blue Sapphire Stakes and the BMW Caulfield Cup. In addition to the BMW Caulfield Cup Carnival, there are more than 75 days of horse racing at Caulfield, Mornington and Ladbrokes Park, including Australia's richest country cup, Mornington Cup.
