Prior to starting McCullough Construction, Tom earned a degree in structural and civil engineering, worked as a structural engineer for four years at Bechtel Power Corporation and worked for seventeen years at a large commercial general contractor. Although the growing company has over 60 employees (including 4 project executives, 9 superintendents and 8 project managers), Tom is careful to limit the number of projects to ensure that he is personally involved in each one.
