Founded in 1935 as Brower Insurance Agency, we joined forces with Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) in 2012 as its Midwest hub. In 2015, Brower officially adopted the MMA name, and although our name has changed, we are still your local agency - just stronger! As part of the MMA family, we are able to provide optimal services to clients, pursue new business opportunities, and foster a workplace where each individual may excel. Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC, a subsidiary of Marsh, was established in 2008 to meet the needs of midsize businesses in the United States. MMA operates autonomously from Marsh to offer commercial property, casualty, personal lines, and employee benefits to clients across the United States. Marsh & McLennan Agency's Midwest region is headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, and has over 180 employees in its five offices located in Dayton, Cincinnati, Springfield, Columbus, and Cleveland. In 2014, Kinker-Eveleigh Insurance Agency of Cincinnati, Ohio, became part of the Midwest region's team. In 2016, we continued to expand our presence by acquiring Benefits Resource Group located in Cleveland, Ohio. Marsh & McLennan Agency provides property/casualty insurance, employee benefits services, and consulting services to businesses and individuals. In addition, Marsh & McLennan Agency has specialty practices in surety, construction, health care, transportation, and schools and municipalities.
