What Is Marlet Property Group?

The opportunities born out of the 2008 financial crisis have enabled Marlet to assemble an unrivalled and diverse portfolio of some of Ireland?s best remaining development sites. Marlet prides itself on its people; a first class professional team who came from a number of industry-leading companies to find new, fresh ways of delivering exemplary developments for people to experience. It is of our learnings from our past that we are now empowered to explore and pioneer ways to create exceptional spaces and better places. At Marlet we recognise how people are living and working is changing rapidly. We strive to incorporate these changes in every aspect of our designs, whether that?s for the homes we live in or the offices we work in. We want these spaces to work and perform for today?s needs as well as the ever-evolving needs of the future. We have an exclusive funding arrangement with our finance partner M&G Investments, the fund management subsidiary of Prudential PLC; a FTSE 100 company. The partnership was established in 2014 to explore investment opportunities arising from the chronic undersupply of residential housing and commercial office space in Dublin.
