What Is Marketlend?

Marketlend - A Peer-to-Peer Lender offering working capital solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises in Australia. Marketlend specializes on providing funding solutions to SME Borrowers, including Supply Chain Finance, Debtor Finance, and unsecured Lines of Credit. Marketlend also offers investors secure and robust investments in businesses with loss protection and insurance. All SME borrowers are credit checked through external agencies, given a risk rating, then the loan profile is placed on our Marketplace for investors to bid for part or all the loan. Where available, insurance will cover the credit risk, and a loss provision is set aside on all loans. Investors buy a tradeable note that secures their share of the loan. The investment is managed by a Trust Manager, handling all cash collections. Rates of returns range between at least 3-4% above bank rates. By using a securitisation structure, the notes are secure and tradeable on the Marketlend trading platform. Apply now to borrow or invest at https://www.marketlend.com.au
