MannaCare is a not-for-profit, community-based aged care organisation primarily focused on serving people living in the municipality of Manningham in Melbourne. Our purpose is to assist older people to sustain and reinforce their independence, social relationships, personal wellbeing and community interaction. MannaCare?s focus is on care and wellbeing, building a depth of trust to enhance the quality of our relationships with residents and families. Everything we do is based on providing ongoing support for the care and health of our residents. We are passionate and committed to providing an integrated and comprehensive collection of services for older people to: ? help people stay in their own homes by providing needed services, or ? provide them with temporary or permanent residential care at our homes, if needed.
