Mann Mechanical Company, Inc. is a mechanical contracting firm established in 1969 in DeKalb County, Georgia. Corporate executive offices are located on 100 Pine Street in Avondale Estates, Georgia. Our company provides HVAC and plumbing services for all types of facilities, process piping, equipment placement, and institutional work including medical gas systems. Our project experience includes research and development facilities, industrial process work, all phases of hospital construction and renovation, office buildings and data processing, central plants, institutional and mission critical facilities throughout the Southeast. We perform work on both lump sum contractual basis and cost plus fixed fee/GMP basis. Fabrication is handled at our adjacent shop which has 30,000 square feet fabrication, and 10,000 square feet outside covered yard storage. Mann Mechanical Company aggressively pursues completion schedules and we are totally committed and accustomed to performing our work within the specified cost and time limits. We are very accustomed to fast track turn-key projects. Quality workmanship, routine maintenance and prompt responses to all issues are the prerequisites of a successful Mann Mechanical project.
