The 42-storey tower's unique architectural composition, by iconic architects SOM, is propelled by a vision of social potency embracing spontaneous interaction and green space to encourage a dynamic vertical community. The interiors feature oak flooring, eclectic furniture and serrated floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the studio apartments, split-level lofts and penthouses. The Lofts vibrant community will be joined next year by a 7th floor garden destination restaurant, headed up by ex-head chef of Chiltern Firehouse, Patrick Powell, and The Stratford, a six-storey design hotel featuring an all-day brasserie, gym and after-hours members club. Each resident will have access to the hotel's 24-hour concierge team taking care of everything from room service and dog walking to grocery stocking, supper clubs, and sky garden yoga classes. Opening in October 2018, The Lofts will introduce a revolutionary new way of living to East London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
