What Is Manhattan Loft Gardens?

As catalysts of residential living and the developers behind some of London's most unique and successful hotels, Chiltern Firehouse and St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, Manhattan Loft Corporation is soon to launch its most ambitious and innovative project yet. A new way of hospitality, the convergence of staying and really living. Seamlessly merging short-term stays with long-term hotel living, Manhattan Loft Gardens offers everything on its doorstep: innovative architecture and design, world-class food and beverage, sky gardens, high-end concierge services, and a wealth of curated cultural experiences. Inspired by 1950s New York's legendary long-stay hotels, guests will be invited to check-in for weeks, months or years at The Lofts a collection of 248 individually-designed apartments with panoramic views of London, punctuated by a series of sky gardens carved out of the building's form. The 42-storey tower's unique architectural composition, by iconic architects SOM, is propelled by a vision of social potency embracing spontaneous interaction and green space to encourage a dynamic vertical community. The interiors feature oak flooring, eclectic furniture and serrated floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the studio apartments, split-level lofts and penthouses. The Lofts vibrant community will be joined next year by a 7th floor garden destination restaurant, headed up by ex-head chef of Chiltern Firehouse, Patrick Powell, and The Stratford, a six-storey design hotel featuring an all-day brasserie, gym and after-hours members club. Each resident will have access to the hotel's 24-hour concierge team taking care of everything from room service and dog walking to grocery stocking, supper clubs, and sky garden yoga classes. Opening in October 2018, The Lofts will introduce a revolutionary new way of living to East London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. A long-stay hotel for the modern era that evokes the industry's golden age.
