Mandel Group is one of Milwaukee's oldest and most active builders and managers of apartment communities in the area. We currently operate in 5 states, with our headquarters in the Historic Third Ward district of Milwaukee. At Mandel Group, we see ourselves not only as developers and managers of buildings, but as community builders and investors.
