What Is MandCo?

M&Co is one of the largest, privately-owned fashion retailers in the UK and has been selling quality clothing for over 50 years. Originally a small family business of only 6 shops in Glasgow owned by the McGeoch family in the 1960s, M&Co, as we are now known, has more than 260 stores nationwide. You'll find us on local high streets across the UK, from the Shetland Isles in the most northerly part of Scotland to Penzance on the edge of the south west coast of England. \n\nWe currently employ more than 3,900 staff, with 3,500 of those based in-store and the remainder in our Inchinnan Head Office (beside Glasgow Airport) and our London Buying Office. \n\nAstonishingly, almost a quarter of our staff have been with us for more than 10 years, with some outstanding individuals having worked in the company for more than 30 years. M&Co is known for its family culture, which nurtures some extremely loyal customers.\n\nFrom our very first products 50 years ago we have focused on quality, never compromising for price. Specialising in womenswear, menswear, kidswear and homeware, we take inspiration from the world around us and the lives of our customers to create exclusively-designed ranges that are available to buy on hundreds of UK high streets and online at www.mandco.com. \n\nOur first international store opened in the Dubai Mall in 2012 and became the start of an international franchise campaign that now boasts 21 stores around the world. So far the impressive international portfolio includes stores in United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Bulgaria, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Pakistan and Greece with further expansion planned over the coming year.\n\nOur awards:\n14th in THE SUNDAY TIMES 30 BEST BIG COMPANIES TO WORK FOR 2017 \n17th in THE SUNDAY TIMES 25 BEST BIG COMPANIES TO WORK FOR 2015 \nLARGE ONLINE RETAILER OF THE YEAR - SCOTTISH RETAIL EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2010\nRETAILER OF THE YEAR 2010 - SCOTTISH RETAIL EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2010 \nTOPTRACK 250 PRIVATE COMPANIES 2010
